10 things I’m loving this December

It’s kind of hard to believe that Christmas is less than two weeks away, when it’s 65 degrees outside.

Despite the unusually warm weather we’re experiencing here in the East Coast, I’m still feeling the holiday spirit! Today I’ll talk about few things that I’m loving this month.

diptique-sapin-candle

DIPTIQUE’S SAPIN CANDLE

This gorgeous pine tree/citrus combo smells amazing. It has a very strong hot throw and the scent is very much holiday appropriate. It smells just like Christmas, plus how gorgeous is the jar?

RED LIPSTICK

Who doesn’t love rocking red lips during holiday season? Ruby Woo is definitely a classic, although it can be a bit drying. See what other lipsticks I’m obsessing over this month, right here.

HARRY POTTER ORNAMENTS

These Hogwarts ornaments are absolutely beautiful and I’d be lying if I said they weren’t my favorite :D. My husband surprised me with these a few years a go. My Harry Potter novelties collection is slowly getting out of control (mugs, owls, wands, dishes, golden snitches, pens, books, clothing, you get the idea)…. I can’t wait for us to get a bigger house so that I can devote a separate room just for storing my Harry Potter stuff. And yes, I’m being serious, I’m a complete Harry Potter fanatic.

MY FUJI INSTAX CAMERA

I love this little camera and I always get the most use out of it both during summer, Christmas and New Year’s eve.  :)

MY COMFY PJs

I seriously wish I could wear these 24/7. These Victoria’s Secret PJs are not only super cute but very comfy too. Right now you can get a set of two for $69.50. They make for a very nice gift, too.

HOT CAROB

This is a great hot drink for those cold, cozy evenings (not that we had too many just yet). It’s creamy, rich but a totally guilt-free alternative to hot chocolate. You can find a recipe right here.

HOLIDAY MOVIES

I already watched quite a few and they never fail to put me in that festive, holiday spirit. You can find of my all-time favorites right here.

BLOGGING

So far, I’ve blogged every single day in December. It’s been a little challenging with working full time, but I have to say that I’m loving it! It’s definitely not easy, but I love keeping busy and  as challenging as blogging daily has been, it’s also very fun.

hourglass-edit-palette

HOURGLASS AMBIENT LIGHTING EDIT PALETE

I went back and forth when trying to decide whether or not to get this palette. Even though I think it’s a bit overpriced, I’m so happy that I gave in. I’ve been using it every single day since I bought it. You can find my swatches and review right here.

CHUNKY SCARVES

Okay, so the weather is out of control right now, but the beginning of the month was a little chilly and I cannot live without my chunky scarves. This one right here is from Zara.

What are some of the things that you’ve been loving this December?

Haha yes! A Harry Potter room would be amazing! I’m loving red lips, chunky scarves, cashmere gloves, game nights, and playing out doors with my boyfriends nieces and nephews. :)

I love December in general; the Christmas spirit (and decorations) make it seem a lot more magical than just another month. I LOVE that Harry Potter ornament as I’m a huge HP fan. I do want to get my hands on that Fuji Instax Camera, although it does seem a little pricey. Just one more thing to add to the Christmas list haha. Great pictures!

I’ve been loving a lot of these things too, especially comfy pyjamas and holiday movies. Though I love comfy pj’s all year round. Love your Harry Potter ornaments as well, I feel like when I get my own place I’ll just have 90% of everything be Harry Potter related. Haha
